HOW TO ARRIVE REFRESHED

PHOTO GALLERY
There are now no excuses for letting your diet and exercise slip on trips. Rejuve is a new health club at Heathrow's Terminal 1, which houses a gym, massage treatment rooms, a meeting room, barber's and members' area. Whether you want to squeeze in a gym session, get a relaxing rub-down or an all-important hair cut, there's plenty of time to do all three. Rejuve is open to anyone regardless of which airline you're flying with and you can get day membership for as little as £25. For more info, visit (www.rejuve.info) Of course, you don't have to visit a gym to keep yourself in shape while you're away. Here are some other ways of looking after yourself while on business

Treat yourself! Some airlines such as Virgin (www.virgin-atlantic.com) offer a massage service on the flight. It will pass the time and you'll arrive feeling fresh and relaxed.
Take time to nap: There's no point spending the whole flight catching up on all your outstanding work if you're too tired to function when you arrive.
Drink lots of water: It will help prevent headaches and you'll get over jet lag faster.
Do some exercise on the flight: stretch your legs, back and neck.
If you have a stopover, make sure you walk around the airport for 20 minutes or so to keep your circulation healthy. If you need to move between floors at the airport, take the stairs rather than the lift.
Use arrival lounges: Some airlines have arrival lounges at major airports where you can take a shower and freshen up before continuing your journey. British Airways (www.britishairways.com) has a Molton Brown (www.moltenbrown.com) Travel Spa at Heathrow and JFK.
Do some reflexology: Massage the centre of your palm with the thumb of the opposite hand to reduce stress. Breath deeply.
